'Tis the Season

We put our tree up last night. Listened to the non-stop Christmas song station while doing it. We all had a really nice time and got into the holiday spirit.

Then Roman woke up at 1:30 AM with a 103.3 fever. Shaking, delirious. Gave him a tepid bath right away, but didn't help. He wouldn't take any meds, so I had to give him an acetaminaphen suppository. Overall, a horrid night for all. I'm still traumatized...

Drops of blood on the sidewalk outside my office building. Turns out a student employee fell while holding a glass and got cut up really bad. My courier's wife is vomiting nonstop and can't even stand up. He and our HR Manager went to her house to carry her (literally) to the ER. Just another manic Monday...

Probably leaving work early to get rest. Feel like shit myself.
